VELVET-AM is a fixed-dose combination of Amlodipine (calcium channel blocker) and Valsartan (angiotensin II receptor antagonist) used for effective blood pressure control.
It is prescribed when single therapy is insufficient and provides an additive antihypertensive effect.
Not recommended in pregnancy, severe liver/kidney impairment, or children under 18 years.
